The Office of Student Affairs – Student Organization Unit (OSA-SOU) is the official office of Central Luzon State University responsible for the recognition, monitoring, and support of all student organizations from college-based academic societies to university-wide interest groups, fraternities, and ministries.
This platform was built to make that relationship simpler: organizations submit activity permits, program of works, and completion reports here, and OSA reviews and signs off on them (coordinator, head, and dean) without the back-and-forth of paper forms. Approved activities are automatically listed on the public campus calendar so students know what's happening and where.
